  • All actions performed by learners outside the training environment are their personal responsibility.

    • Legal Consequences

    If any participant is found using course knowledge for illegal or unethical purposes:
  • Access to all courses will be permanently terminated
  • Enrollment may be cancelled without notice
  • No refund will be issued
  • The matter may be reported to legal authorities

    • Conduct & Discipline


    To maintain a professional learning environment: CyberBachav reserves the right to suspend or remove any student who:
  • Disrupts classes
  • Harasses mentors or students
  • Engages in misconduct or nuisance
  • Violates platform policies
  • Abuses course materials or systems
  • Such actions may lead to immediate removal from the course without refund and potential legal action if necessary.
  • Such removal will be immediate and fees will not be refunded.

    • After Course Commencement
    Once classes or course access has begun:

  • Fees become non-refundable
  • Seats are considered utilized
  • Administrative and training resources are allocated
  • Refunds will not be provided for personal, disciplinary, or behavioral reasons.

  • By enrolling in any CyberBachav course, you acknowledge and agree:
  • To use skills only for legal and ethical purposes

  • To accept full responsibility for your actions

  • Scholarship is granted only for genuine hardship or special circumstances.

  • Students may be required to submit supporting documents for verification.
  • All applications are reviewed privately by the admissions team.
  • Providing false or misleading information will lead to rejection or cancellation.
  • The final decision rests with CyberBachav management.
  • Scholarship seats are limited and subject to availability.

    If a student is removed from a course for any reason, their access to the course materials and platform will be immediately terminated.

  • 6. Marketing Guidelines
    Affiliates may promote CyberBachav using ethical marketing practices such as: Blog articles Reviews Educational content Social media promotion Cybersecurity awareness campaigns Affiliates must not claim ownership of CyberBachav services or misrepresent the brand.
  • 7. Payment Terms
    Affiliate commissions may be paid based on the following conditions: Minimum payout threshold must be reached Payment schedule may be monthly or as determined by CyberBachav Payments may be made through supported payment methods CyberBachav reserves the right to delay or deny payments for suspicious activity. IF payment information incorrect and payment done in wrong account then cyberbachav is not responsible for that and affiliate is responsible for updating payment information to avoid payment issues. If payment information is incorrect or incomplete, affiliates are responsible for updating it promptly to avoid payment issues.
  • 8. Affiliate Responsibilities
    Affiliates are responsible for: Maintaining accurate account information Ensuring marketing content complies with laws Protecting their affiliate account credentials CyberBachav is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
  • 9. Program Termination
    CyberBachav may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if: Affiliate violates program terms Fraudulent activity is detected Brand reputation is harmed Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by contacting CyberBachav.
  • 10. Intellectual Property
    CyberBachav trademarks, logos, and branding materials may only be used for approved affiliate promotions. Affiliates may not: Modify CyberBachav logos Register similar domain names Misrepresent CyberBachav branding All intellectual property remains the property of CyberBachav. 11. Limitation of Liability CyberBachav is not responsible for: Indirect or consequential damages Affiliate marketing losses Website downtime or technical issues affecting tracking Participation in the affiliate program is at the affiliate's own risk.
